Overview of Service
MotionDock is a subscription-based service offering custom-designed video and graphic content. Our services include professionally created videos, animations, and designs tailored to your needs. Users can customize their content through provided templates or request bespoke designs as part of their subscription plan.
Subscription Model:
MotionDock offers multiple pricing tiers, each with varying levels of access to our design and video services. Subscription plans include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. Free trials or sample projects are available upon discretion and if both client and MotionDock agree on.
User Rights and Responsibilities
User Rights:
Upon subscribing to MotionDock, users gain access to the services, including video and design creation based on the selected plan. Users have the right to use the produced content for personal, commercial, or business purposes, within the limits outlined below.
User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for:
- Not using the service for illegal activities, including creating or distributing unlawful content.
- Respecting intellectual property laws, including ensuring they have the right to use any content they provide to MotionDock (such as logos, trademarks, or music).
- Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations while using the service.
Payment Terms
Pricing and Billing:
Pricing for each plan is clearly outlined at the time of subscription. Taxes may apply based on the user’s location. Payments are charged on the first day of each billing cycle, and users can choose between different payment methods.
Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Refunds are generally not issued for payments already made, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content:
Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final videos, designs, or content produced by MotionDock. The client holds all rights to use, modify, distribute, and utilize the content as they see fit.
License to MotionDock:
While ownership rights are transferred to the client, MotionDock retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, promotional materials, and as examples of work for marketing purposes. This usage does not imply any further rights or usage by MotionDock beyond these promotional instances.
Privacy and Data Collection
MotionDock collects personal data as part of the subscription process and during the provision of services. This data is used to deliver the service, communicate with users, and improve the platform. We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processors).
Service Availability and Downtime
MotionDock strives to ensure that the service is available and operational. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control. Planned maintenance and public holidays will be communicated in advance where possible.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt resolution through informal means, such as customer support. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by MotionDock.
Modifications to Terms
MotionDock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or via the platform, and continued use of the service signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
MotionDock is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or third-party content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.
User Support
MotionDock provides customer support through email or our support platform. Our support team is available 9:00am to 7:00pm Pakistan Standard Time, and we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Other Specific Rules or Policies
Users are prohibited from using MotionDock for:
- Creating or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Using the platform to harass, defraud, or exploit others.
- Engaging in actions that interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
