About the Project

We worked with CBRE to create a series of real estate videos for their commercial property listings. The goal was to give potential buyers or renters a thorough understanding of the property and its surroundings.

The Process

  • We started with drone footage of the properties to capture stunning aerial views.
  • Combined the drone shots with Google Earth footage to give a better birds-eye perspective of the property and its nearby amenities.
  • Focused on showcasing key features, including access, nearby businesses, and transportation options.
  • Edited everything into a 2-minute video that highlighted the property’s best qualities.
